After your DX-Q award application has been approved and you appear on the DX-Q roster, you can create and download your award certificate by entering your SKCC number in the form below. Your name, call sign, award number, and award date will be automatically filled from the database. You can edit your name if needed (for example, to add a spouse's name). Then press the "Generate Certificate" button. A personalized DX-Q certificate in PDF format will appear, which you may save and print.
