This adaptation of the Mark Twain classic "My First Lie and How I Got Out of It" was taken from an internet source and is believed to be accurate to the original text.  Notations on the accompanying text such as this: (15) relate to the edit marks and are not part of the original work.
This version starts out at 15 words per minute and each following paragraph is sent at one word per minute faster than the previous. So paragraph 2 is sent at 16 words per minute and so forth.
The text files are numbered identically with the audio files so you can follow on or check your copy.
This work is in the public domain, so if it's broken for any reason you may keep both halves.
