I worked my first skcc member this afternoon and would like to thank kk7qw for allowing me to practice cw on him. He sent slow enough for me to copy and seemed to figure out what I was trying to say.

Thanks to all who might work me for your paticence.

It's great to feel accepted by a group as friendly and helpful as this one is. It makes me want to stick with CW because right from the "get-go" it's been a lot of fun. SKCC is AWESOME !!! Welcome to the "family". Mike

Welcome and glad to see you making contacts. There are plenty of folks out there that will be happy to make contact to exchange numbers or just ragchew for a while. If you like casual contesting don't forget the SKS and WES. And when you get ready for lots of contacts have a lok at the K3UK sked page. Always someone there to Q with.

SKS page >>
WES page >>
K3UK Sked Page >>

I'll be listening for you both.

Have fun and let us know how we can help,
